No pressing. 13% vol. In vats for 6 months An original wine with an inky colour. A highly aromatic nose of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and redcurrants, then smoked and peppery notes. The structure on the palate is invigorating, supple and dominated by very flattering notes of fresh fruit. Serve at 16°C.
