I am passionate about this exceptional terroir that is Terrasses du Larzac, which was named Appellation of the year by famous French wine guide "le Grand Guide des vins de France Bettane & Desseauve 2011". Back in 2009, I discovered the Crès RIcards Estate and I met Colette and Gérard, Gilles and José. I could see how rigorous they were in their work, both in the vineyard and at the cellar, during the vinification of the past vintages. Now, Colette and Gérard Foltran made the decision to hand over the Estate and enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
I am very proud to manage Crès Ricards Estate and my only goal will be to complete the work accomplished by my predecessors and to make sure those great wines will have a great future.
