- Color: deep ruby color.
- Nose: a complex bouquet of matured fruits (blackcurrant, cherry) and spices (pepper and cinnamon), tobacco, mocha…
- Palate: full, velvety, roasted, and fruity (black cherry joining the blackcurrant), with a liquor ice finish that adds a real freshness.
- Food & wine pairing: serve at 15-17° C, with a beef steak with red wine sauce, a rack of lamb or prime rib steak with salt.
- Cellaring: over 10 years in optimal conditions.

AOP Terrasses du Larzac
Syrah, Grenache, Carignan
- Color: lovely red garnet.
- Nose: intense, with smoky, balsamic, and mineral (graphite) notes, and even a touch of eucalyptus.
- Palate: this aromatic intensity is accompanied in the mouth by silky tannins and a general freshness, finishing on liquorice notes.
- Food & wine pairing: best served at 15/16 °C, this wine will be a fine match for a well-seasoned lamb stew or even hot, spicy dishes, red meat, green pepper sauce, duck fillet.
