In the nose mature yellow fruits are immediately obvious joined by a greenish note on swirling. The mouth feel is rather oily and has a modestly sweet start, but then fresh yellow fruits are taking over with enough acids and again a green touch as well. A bit of bitterness is there too, but this is not unpleasant. Amazing and nice complexity for an very low price. My first taste of a marsanne wine some time ago was a pleasant first encounter and this tasting, even if this is a blend with roussanne, does indeed confirm this. I need to try this with Asperge a la Flamande.
